Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Hozon Auto has assured that the production and distribution of its popular Neta electric cars remain unaffected in the Nepalese market. In a press statement, the company confirmed that both production and international distribution of Neta vehicles are operating smoothly.
"We want to assure everyone that there are no problems with Neta’s production or international distribution. Our products are being supplied consistently to global markets, including Nepal," Hozon Auto stated.
Hozon Auto, in collaboration with its local partner CG Motors, emphasized the enthusiastic reception of Neta cars in Nepal. The company expressed gratitude for the support from Nepalese consumers and reiterated its commitment to customer satisfaction.
"We place great importance on our customers' post-sales experience. To ensure this, Hozon Auto China has committed to providing spare parts for a minimum of 10 years for vehicles sold through Nepal’s official distributor, CG Motors," the company added.
The statement came in response to recent negative reports in some Nepalese media outlets regarding the Neta brand. Hozon Auto dismissed these claims as baseless and reassured its customers of reliable services. The company also highlighted its efforts to strengthen its financial and management frameworks through partnerships with local government entities in China.
